Gebrüder Weiss at "Logistics & Distribution" trade fair in Zurich in 2017
Following on from the success of the inaugural edition last year, Gebrüder Weiss will once again attend the "Logistics & Distribution" trade fair in Zurich in 2017. From 26 to 27 April, the international transport and logistics company will be presenting its entire range of services as a full-service logistics provider at stand D18 in hall 3. In addition to its traditional business areas of national and international land transport and air and sea freight, Gebrüder Weiss will also shine the spotlight on customs, intermodal transport and individual logistics solutions.
The on-site team will consist of various regional representatives from the Gebrüder Weiss branches in Zurich, Basel, Bern and Altenrhein.
Expert knowledge along the Silk Road
The development of the Gebrüder Weiss network in the Middle East and Central Asia is certain to be of great interest to export-oriented companies that have these highly promising markets in their sights. With its own branches in Russia, China, Georgia, Turkey and Kazakhstan, and weekly groupage freight services to Iran and Turkmenistan, the transport specialist is successfully extending its expertise along the historic Silk Road for long-term success.
Gebrüder Weiss Switzerland is fully integrated into the network operated by the international parent company and currently employs around 220 members of staff.
